Site Build It! (“SBI!”) is the only, all-in-one, site-brainstorming-and-building-and-hosting-and-marketing, step-by-step system of software tools that delivers thriving, profitable business.

The right process, the right tools that remove all the barriers and mysteries, correctly applied at the right time. That is how you grow long-term profits. And that is how SBI! works.

Major schools like The Citadel Military College offer SBI!. Why?

SBI! owners do not just “put up Web sites.” They build genuine, profitable, evergrowing businesses. And that, in turn, delivers life-changing freedom (the “It!” in Site Build It!).

You can do the same, build Web sites that work, with SBI!.

“Business on the Web” seems like one big, unbeatable mystery. SBI! owners often start from that point, and often with zero-knowledge. They venture forth, though. Step-by-step, they build business and freedom. View testimonials below and then go check SBI out!

5 Order Confirmation Tips

Order Confirmation Tips to Make Money OnlineIf you run an eCom site, most likely your system sends out an order acknowledgment e-mail upon receipt of an order. If you don’t have a system that does this — time to upgrade to one that does!

There are certain basics you need to make sure are included in that e-mail to enhance confidence, avoid confusion and to ensure your customers are given the information and perception that you are in fact a legitimate enterprise.

Include these 5 Order Confirmation Tips in every order e-mail and watch your repeat business soar!

  1. Make sure you mention your site, your site URL and have your contact information within the e-mail. This helps to make it convenient for customers to contact you with any questions they may have in regard to that acknowledgment.
  2. Include as many details as possible when it comes to the products or services ordered and whether they are in stock to ensure that all parties are on the same page.
  3. Since your dot com many not exactly match your formal company name, to avoid confusion when your customers receive their credit card statements, include a brief note telling them what to look for when it comes to your business/company name on their statement.
  4. Include a mention of what the customer can expect from that point forward. Shipment confirmation, time factors, etc.
  5. If your site includes a login area or section where customers can view the status of their order, be sure to include a link to this URL in the confirmation e-mail.

The bottom line is to not leave customers wanting when it comes to acknowledging the order and money just spend with you. By including these extra tidbits in your order acknowledgment e-mails, you save on customer service inquiries while also giving customers the confidence that you are on top of things and can be trusted with their future business.

How to Succeed at Online Business

How to Succeed at Online BusinessHaving worked with 100′s of businesses across the country with the creation, growth, nurturing of their site, if you removed the “technology” aspects that makes all of their heads swim, the one issue that always seems to be missing in one form or another is the fact that having a Web site is having a business. A real business – if you want to succeed.

All too often entrepreneurs with little to no experience in the business world, or the basics of how to plan, run, and evolve a successful enterprise appear to be under the impression that these staples are not necessary in lieu of a good idea. Just as often, unfortunately, they choose technology partners that have little more experience and expertise in these areas then they do. Hence, they are doomed to fail.

You’ve heard of all those dot coms crashing? Poor business ideas, little or no planning, and greedy investors – all looking for that quick buck to millionairdom. The fact is they crashed because these concepts were not born of solid business methodology, little to no planning, lack of experienced direction moving forward.

I’ve even heard of deals being agreed to simply based on sketches on cocktail napkins! How could anyone be surprised when these “businesses” failed or as they say in the online world “crashed”?

Having an idea is not enough. Having the financial backing isn’t enough either (although that’s a huge plus). Then it should go without saying that having a Web site alone does not make a successful business, right? So why is it that so many potential Netrepreneurs (some who are actually successful off-line) jump online, and think that their Web site whether it be home-brewed or professionally developed, is all it takes to hit the jackpot? I can vouch for the fact that many think that to be the case. I hear it every day in e-mail and on the phone.

Gotta Accept PayPal!

If you are not accepting PayPal as a option for customers to make payments for your products (and services too), you are loosing out on potential business. See, many onliners use PayPal to stash their “mad money.” For this reason, some simply won’t buy if you don’t offer PayPal. This is money that isn’t taken a seriously as that in other accounts and used for spontaneous impulse buys that would otherwise not occur. Why miss out on that opportunity!?

Due to PayPal’s protection policies there are a healthy portion of onliners who won’t purchase online unless PayPal is accepted. So why look a gift horse in the mouth! If you currently do not offer PayPal, you are most likely not getting orders from those PayPal users who will look for the same product elsewhere that they can purchase with their PayPal funds.

It’s easy to setup your business PayPal account and really no reason to not offer this option to your customers. Don’t offer PayPal? Get to it! You might be pleasantly surprised at the number of orders you’ll receive once you do from those who would have otherwise gone elsewhere.

Sign up for PayPal and start accepting credit card payments instantly.

You’d better be!

If you want your online business to survive and thrive, you need to be having fun! At least several times each week, potential clients call me for business ideas or suggestions for “things to sell” online. They don’t have a business concept or a product they believe in. They are just looking for some way to jump on the online bandwagon and get their hands on the supposed riches everyone else is making. Read more
